If you wish, you may apply for this award. Submission of your site by someone else is more likely to get my attention. I will give this award out to only the best artists on the web. Of course, what constitutes the best is in the eye of the beholder. I will be considering form, execution, technique, design, lighting, texture and so forth. This is not a popularity award.
I don't expect to award many of these. Should you find yourself in possession of this award, know that you are one of a select few with artistic ability that I greatly admire.
